I’ve worked with founders, leaders, and teams
The problem is they want someone to fix their business so they don’t have to fix themselves
But they don’t trust anyone to fix their business
So they’ll continue to be trapped by the thing that was supposed to set them free
What seems like a systems problem is often cloaking a discipline problem.
- You are the point person for your whole company. Because your vision and values aren’t clear, everyone comes to you for everything.
- When you hire someone, you don’t have a system for how to get them up to speed.
- You have to explain “how things work” to your people over and over and over again.
You can change all of this without overhauling your business, by aligning your daily decisions with your long-term vision.
Before
Ian had all these problems before we started working together. He wore all of the hats building out his property, re-establishing his tree business, and building a long term financial education business. He spent all of his time managing everyone else, and could never make time to work strategically.
After
- Purpose
- I connect with my deeper self so that I shine as the emergent harmony between man and God.
- Values
- Mastery | Cooperation | Communication | Stability
- Vision
- I am a leader of managers who I trust to make decisions that align with our values. My teams and systems are strong enough that I can leave with no opportunity cost.
“I wish I had worked with Andy right when I started the business. I’m moving forward on the projects that have been taking up space”
